Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Community Preparedness Digital Tool
Increased severity and frequency of wildland fires are posing an ever-growing threat to the health, safety and well-being of Canadian communities situated at the wildland urban interface (WUI).
The University of Waterloo and the NIFSC have created a digital tool that will help communities understand the roles and responsibilities of community-specific roles required when preparing for and managing WUI fire risk.
